Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in building the agency’s Digital Media practice
  • Serve as Lead for client accounts providing comprehensive oversight and counsel, delivering excellent service and taking the initiative on problem-solving that includes anticipating needs
  • Develop and present strategies, plans, content, campaigns and measurement reports
  • Oversee execution and performance of team, providing reporting to leadership
  • Ensure team’s success in managing brand reputation and championing clients
  • Successfully manage reactive client issues and create efficient processes to ensure success
  • Build and provide standardized regular reporting for clients, and during crises and high-volume
  • Create and retain processes that ensure team and agency success, including training guides, checklists, templates, plans and case studies

Requirements

  • Experience managing paid digital media campaigns and email marketing
  • Ability to execute campaigns on digital media platforms like ShortStack

Operational Leadership

  • Develop and retain team members
  • Ensure best practices and a high quality of deliverables across team, including timely and constructive feedback and coaching, if results and expectations are not met
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to develop direct reports. Contribute to and conduct annual performance reviews
  • Contribute to agency growth by creating systems and processes that improve overall performance and competitiveness
  • Participate in hiring practices interviewing and contributing to a successful team onboard
  • Contribute to agency business development
  • Proactively identify opportunities to retain and grow existing and new clients
  • Create scopes of work. Provide case studies of client work to elevate agency
  • Lead and/or participate in discovery work and presentations

Qualifications

  • Adept using enterprise-publishing, listening and social analytics tools (Sprinklr, Listen First etc.)
  • Exceptional attention to detail; excellent writing (email, social media and text) and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking; ability to generate new ideas to support client and agency needs and objectives
  • Proven experience planning, selling and managing digital programs and strong client relations
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work remote with a flexible schedule (including night, weekend and holidays). Holidays are recognized with paid time off. May require travel
  • Bachelor's degree; 6-8 years in a communications role (agency experience preferred)
